The CDPOS P15 Windows Compatible EPOS System is a cost-effective touchscreen terminal ideal for retail or hospitality.

Unlike tablet-based systems that tend to have smaller screens or are less robust, the P15 offers a large, clear 15-inch touchscreen that uses infrared touch technology. This allows it to be used with a gloved hand or stylus if necessary.

Built of robust plastic and metal, the P15's chassis allows the screen to be tilted back and forth, maximising operator comfort. The screen is bright and offers excellent viewing angles. The terminal can support the familiar operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux and Ubuntu so users can be quickly trained. 

Powered by an Intel Celeron 1.8Ghz processor, the P15 runs quietly and is very energy-efficient. Nevertheless, it still has more than enough processing ability to handle common POS apps such as AirPOS. Unlike some Windows systems, the P15 also has a full range of ports for connecting peripherals. 4 USB, 2 Serial and an RJ45 Ethernet port are all standard, and can potentially be used to connect receipt printers, barcode scanners and more, as well as providing Internet/network access.
