Socket Mobile's CHS range of barcode scanners provides a perfect partner for your iPad or Android tablet POS system. Compact and lightweight, the scanner pairs quickly and easily over Bluetooth, allowing wireless scanning of barcodes. The rechargeable battery and power saving technology means the scanner can perform thousands of scans on a single charge. The battery can be charged using the included mains adapter.
To enable switching between the scanner and your tablet's on-screen keyboard, the CHS features a quick toggle switch. Pressing on this allows you to enter text on your tablet with its keyboard; press the toggle switch again and your scanner becomes active once more. This is ideal for situations where you might need to add a customer's name to a sale or need to add a product to an invoice manually.

It's laser is ideal for scanning through plastic or glass, in bright sunlight on curved reflective surfaces or other sensitive lighting conditions.
The CHS 7Qi model provides all of the above and more. This model is perfect for high performance 2D and 1D barcodes, either printed or on screen. Scanning barcodes from any direction, and can even read off the likes of your smartphone, tablet or laptop.
The CHS 7Pi model, available in a stylish grey, is a robust and durable iteration of the Socket Scanner, with the ability to withstand multiple 2m drops to concrete. The 7Pi is ideal for scanning through glass/plastic, in bright sunlight, on curved/reflective surfaces or other sensitive lighting conditions.
The CHS range is available in a range of colours. A lanyard is included so that the scanner can be worn around the neck to reduce the chance of it being misplaced or stolen. An optional charging cradle is also available.
