Star SM T400i printers are the perfect solution for on-the-go printing in demanding environments. Certified under the Apple Mfi programme, they connect over Bluetooth to iPhones and iPads as well as to Android smartphones and tablets and almost any laptop or PC. Ideal for printing delivery notes, tickets, receipts and more, these compact printers mix performance and reliability in a lightweight, easy to carry unit. They are easily deployed in a retail or hospitality environment where they are perfectly suited to queue-busting.

Built to last, these printers are subjected to a drop test of 1.5 metres, and so are capable of withstanding the rough and tumble of everyday use. Dust and water resistance is certified to the IP54 standard, meaning these printers are better equipped to withstand outdoor or industrial use. The print head is rated to last for 50km worth of printing.

SM T400i printers offer an impressive battery life of up to 8 hours (5 minute printing intervals) and print at an impressive 80mm/s on standard 4”/112mm thermal paper rolls. Print outs are a crisp and clear 203dpi while graphic printing is also supported. Front panel button controls and a bright LCD display make the printer simple and straightforward to use. Drop-in paper loading ensures a quick changeover when a new till roll is needed, minimising waiting times.

An AC adapter, belt clip and serial cable are included with each printer along with a starter paper roll.
