Ideal for use in retail environments where cable clutter is a problem or where cables simply can't be used because of distance or other issues, the Star TSP654II with Wifi Powerlink offers affordable, high quality wireless printing.

The TSP654II printer supplied is fitted with an Ethernet interface which is attached to the Wifi Powerlink module. The Powerlink module allows the printer to work on your Wifi network. Print jobs can be sent from any POS terminal or device on the network with no need to run a cable from the printer to your router.

The Star Wifi Powerlink is designed to be compact and unobtrusive. It is powered via the cash drawer socket on the printer itself, meaning no extra cables are needed. An additional pass-through socket allows the cash drawer to be connected, so normal opening and closing is not affected.

The TSP654II prints at speeds of up to 300mm per second. Print resolution is an impressive 203 dpi. An autocutter ensures receipts are never torn, minimizing wasted paper. Special Autologo software is available for download from the Star website, allowing custom receipt designs that incorporate logos, graphics and barcodes. The printer supports 80mm or 58mm paper rolls and features drop-in paper loading for maximum ease of use.

The TSP654II can also come with Star's versatile HI X Connect interface, providing a dual intelligent USB/LAN interface. The TSP654IIHIX is a cut above the rest, boasting WiFi ready connectivity, as well as CloudPRNT for remote doucment printing from a web server, WebPRNT for independent HTML/Javascript printing from web applications, and much more.
